Pastor Joel Fick was born and raised in a Christian home in Southern California. Pastor Joel did his theological training at Westminster Seminary where he received his M.Div. He was ordained in 2004 in the Presbyterian Church in America and was involved in church planting in Southern California.
In 2008 Pastor Fick received a call to church plant in Gainesville Florida, and after transferring his ministerial credentials into the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, was installed as an Evangelist at Redemption OPC in Gainesville Florida (then a mission work of the OPC).
In 2011 Redemption OPC was organized as a new and separate congregation of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and called Pastor Fick as their Organizing Pastor.
Pastor Fick and his wife Marianne have four children.

Pastor Nathaniel Crofutt
Pastor Nathaniel Crofutt is from Western Pennsylvania. He is the son of a PCA pastor and faithful Christian mother who raised him to know and love his Savior Jesus Christ.
In 2015 Nathaniel moved to Central Florida to pursue his BA in Biblical Studies at Reformation Bible College, in Sanford, Florida. After graduating from RBC, Pastor Nathaniel married his wife Sarah and began further theological training at Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando. He received his M.Div. in May 2022.
After completing a one-year internship at Redemption OPC, Nathaniel was called by Redemption to serve as a Pastor. With great joy, Nathaniel was ordained and installed as a pastor at Redemption OPC in January 2023.
